We will provide a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the situation. Game Accessories Accessories are refundable if unopened and in the original packaging within 30 days. If the product is defective, we will provide a replacement or refund. Game Rentals If you are not satisfied with your rented game, you can return it for a full refund within 7 days, provided the game is in the same condition as when it was rented.
